The Stance project is a 35,000 sq. ft. commercial office remodel project. Our role for Stance was to design a flexible office for a growing company. The scope of work encompassed new offices, open office work stations, a cafeteria, employee dining, a gym and a full size NBA basketball court. The goal of this project was to provide a design that suited a fun and youthful working environment. In this project we explored the relationships between open offices vs. private offices, how internal departments should be related and their proximately to one another and the introduction of alternative program that create a better work atmosphere.
